Soulfood offers Food Workshops

Course participant Cindy Ritmeester from the Netherlands have mindful cooking, mindful tasting and mindful walking on her meny at Soulfood. This is how she explains it: 

"Go on a journey of the senses - see, hear, smell, feel and taste the sights, sounds, scents and flavors of nature – relax and enjoy the moment! In the workshops you will practice and experience mindfulness, which means living with awareness: being aware of what is and what you do. Mindfulness creates space to be in the here and now, relax and enjoy the moment. Apart from the traditional mindfulness exercises, such as the body scan, the workshops will also give you the opportunity to practice and experience mindfulness by connecting to nature. You will open your senses and experience the sights, sounds, scents and flavors of nature. Mindfully connecting to nature helps you relax, release your thoughts and creates space to mindfully connect to yourself, enjoy the moment and nourish your soul!"
